How Often Should You Get a Massage?

A practical way to choose massage frequency based on your goal, your response, your schedule, and what you can sustain.

There is no single massage schedule that is right for every body or every season of life.

Frequency should match the reason you are coming in. Someone using massage as an occasional reset may book monthly or as needed. Someone moving through a stressful stretch, a demanding training block, or a recurring pattern of tension may choose a shorter interval for a while.

The most useful question is not, “What is the perfect number?” It is, “How long does the result feel useful?” Pay attention to how you feel the day after, how quickly the same tension returns, and whether regular sessions help you stay ahead of it.

Your schedule and budget matter too. A realistic rhythm you can maintain is more useful than an aggressive plan you resent or abandon. We can adjust the interval after two or three sessions give us better information.

Make the idea practical.

Write down your main reason for booking and how long you would like the effect of a session to support you.
