Retest the Same Simple Thing

Retesting only matters when the test is simple enough to repeat. Begin where you began and notice what is now clearer.

Progress is not an endless collection of exercises. It is the ability to keep useful options as load, range, speed, direction, and fatigue change.

Begin with a simple reference. Notice sensation, ease, range, and control before trying to correct anything. A clear baseline gives you something honest to compare later.

Make the idea practical.

Repeat the baseline you used in Week 1 and record only what you notice—no judgment.
