Progress One Variable at a Time

Use familiar patterns and add challenge to only one variable: load, range, tempo, or rounds.

Progress is not an endless collection of exercises. It is the ability to keep useful options as load, range, speed, direction, and fatigue change.

Load is a test of the option, not a reason to abandon it. If the strategy changes completely as effort rises, adjust one variable and rebuild from a level you can understand.

Make the idea practical.

Progress only one variable today and write down which one you chose.
