If You Have to Hold Your Breath, You Don’t Own It Yet

If you can only keep the position by holding your breath, the position is not yet truly yours.

Rib cage and pelvis position should create a place you can breathe and move from. Organization is useful when it supports the next action, not when it becomes another posture you have to hold all day.

Slow the task down enough to feel the transition. If breathing, pressure, or control disappears, add support or reduce the range until the option becomes usable again.

Make the idea practical.

During one daily lift or carry, exhale without clenching the jaw or shoulders.
