A Starter Reset Should Help You Begin

Three personalized drills can create a manageable starting point without becoming a second workout.

If your starter reset feels like another training program, it probably stopped being a starter reset.

A useful reset gives you a small number of positions or movements you can understand and repeat. The goal is not to correct every finding at once or make you earn the right to train.

Start with a clear baseline, three matched drills, and enough time to notice your response. The first plan should create direction. Loading, integration, and harder training decisions can come later when they are actually needed.

Make the idea practical.

If your current corrective list has more than three items, circle the three that have the clearest purpose.
